How Our Firm Began

Attorneys Linda Haspel and Gwendolen McLeod founded Haspel & McLeod, P.C., in 2002 after practicing family law for many years at another law firm.  Since our firm was formed, the goal of all the attorneys at the firm has been providing families in Montgomery, Frederick, and Howard counties with the extraordinary legal representation they deserve.  Thomas M. Weschler, Jr. and Karen Yaeger became partners at the firm several years ago, and since Linda Haspel has been retired, as of August 2023, the firm’s name has been changed to McLeod, Weschler & Yeager, P.C.  We will continue to provide all of our clients with excellent representation and will continue to serve as Mediators, Best Interest Attorneys, and Parent Coordinators.
